Daddy don't throw a shirt at me.

Tonight I tucked Kadin in bed leaving him to play with his Yu Gi Ou cards when my hubby walked down the hall and decided it would be funny to toss his shirt at him.  Well the shirt hit Kadin's cards and knocked them on the floor. Not a good deal since he had just organized them to his liking.  Kadin was so mad at dad for knocking the cards down with his "stupid" shirt that he proceeded to yell at the top of his lungs "Dad you are Captain Fairy".  We both just busted up laughing really not know how to respond to that one!!!!!

So moral of the story is ....  When someone drives you insane don't look to use those dreaded bad words just call them "Captain Fairy".  LOL

Santa Eats at Subway

Before getting into this post you must know a little about my dad.  He is a big guy  (6'4) who has a long grey beard, longer grey hair and a big round belly (yes it shakes like a bowl full of jelly).  Kids this time of year tend to do a double take when he walks by!!!!

Well one day last week he was enjoying lunch at Subway when he saw a little boy deep in conversation with his father.  The little boy who is 4 kept staring at my dad with a look of confusion on his face.  Finally after a few minutes the little boy turned to his dad and said "Look dad even Santa eats at Subway".

I have to be nice!!

My little sister informed Rylin yesterday that if she was nice this week on Fri she would take her to the princess movie and ice skating.  Now Rylin has was sick over the weekend and has been rather grabby so I was hoping this deal would be a positive for me.  The screaming for no reason was getting old really quick.  After my sister left the house this little girl made a huge transformation.  First she left stuff out in the living room (daddy doesn't like toys in living room) and informed me that she had to "be nice" so she picked it up.  Next  she spilt paint on the floor and immediately grabbed a towel and started cleaning it up again stating she had to "be nice".  Later in the evening she started sweeping my floor  and even went on to mop (let me tell you is was past due anyways).  After she was done mopping she told me that everyday after school she was going to do chores because she had to "be nice"!!!! To top the evening off when her brother was a butt head to her and you could tell she just wanted to scream at the top of her lungs all you heard from her was "I have to be nice"!!!!!  Gotta love incentives and witty little sisters.  Thanks Whitney love you to the moon and back!!!
